- Create a complaint to supplier from your NCR
- Your supplier can import your complaint into his Sherlock Log
- You can import your customers complaint into your Sherlock Log
- Activities are created from most records
- Notifications when environmental and occupational incident are created and completed
- Order reminders regarding when to follow up upon remedial actions, corrective actions and when to evaluate efficiency of actions taken
