How can you configure the Sherlock system to your needs?
You are able to configure menus, static text and text on action buttons, clickable process diagrams, field headers and logo.

How do employees find information?
You can insert a start screen, e.g. a diagram displaying the processes in your company. Your employees can click on the diagram which applies to their own process and Sherlock will guide them on "how to do this and that" related to the process. You can use speech, videos, text, photos, flowcharts, drawings in the documents.
